We’re looking for a true Senior Java Developer – with 8+ years of experience, strong architectural instincts and the ability to bring clarity to complex technical environments.
This role isn’t about waiting for specs. It’s about owning solutions, thinking strategically, and delivering clean, modular code that performs — today and years from now.
Responsibilities & Tech Stack
You’ll work on mission-critical platforms involving complex flows, sensitive data, and strong performance requirements. Responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing robust backend systems using Java 21+, Spring Boot 3
- Building microservice-based architectures with clear domain boundaries
- Writing secure, testable, and well-documented code
- Integrating with REST/SOAP APIs, legacy systems, and external providers
- Participating in code reviews, technical planning, and architectural decisions
- Working closely with DevOps, BAs, QA & database engineers, and client-side teams
- Leading by clarity – proactively solving problems, not waiting for direction
Tech environment
- Java 21+, Spring Boot 3
- Hibernate/JPA
- Maven, Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD
- PostgreSQL, Oracle, Redis
- Docker, Kubernetes, Helm (nice to have)
- PL/SQL (nice to have)
- RabbitMQ, Kafka
- Keycloak, OAuth2, OpenAPI
- Monitoring: ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana
- Secure development practices (SSL/TLS, input validation, RBAC/ABAC)
What You Bring
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development
- Strong understanding of OOP, clean architecture, design patterns, DDD, ORM
- Experience in complex enterprise environments, ideally in banking, govtech, or regulatory domains
- Clear communicator: you write clean code and speak human
- Self-starter: you bring initiative and clarity to ambiguous contexts, you guide and coach more junior team members
- Engineering mindset: you think in systems, not just classes and controllers, ability to translate functional specifications into technical solutions
